Education Resource Council

To better equip CCCA members and provide solutions at the point of need, Greg Fields, director of education and field services, formed the Education Resource Council (ERC). This handpicked group of industry leaders has assisted in the design and development of the HIGH-DEF education platform that effectively and strategically serves, educates, equips and challenges CCCA members toward greater organizational and ministry effectiveness.

The ERC’s primary responsibilities include:

• Providing valuable input for the overall, integrated education platform
• Developing seminar tracks, topics and presenters for the national conference
• Reviewing the year's education platform and making recommendations for the following year

The term of a council member is two years, defined as two national conference cycles. Members include:

John Pearson, president of John Pearson Associates, Inc., California
Dale Price, executive director of Canyonview Ministries, Oregon
Cathey Prudhomme, organization consultant/licensed professional counselor, Michigan
Duffy Robbins, youth ministry department chair at Eastern College, Pennsylvania
Kathy Trotter, president and principal consultant of KALEIDOSCOPE inc., Arkansas
Ron Ward, executive director of Camp Berea, New Hampshire
Roger Williams, executive director of Mount Hermon Association, Inc., California
Mario Zandstra, president/CEO of Pine Cove Camps, Texas
